Posting SchedulePosting Schedule
Post collection is at approximately 5pm, Monday - Friday.
There is no post collection at weekends or Bank Holidays.


All our post is usually sent via Royal Mail (1st Class & Special Delivery) or Business Post (Courier).

If you require proof of delivery (a signature is required), you should select RECORDED, SPECIAL DELIVERY or COURIER. Post usually will be sent via the class of post requested by the customer at the time of sale.

If TD Games can send the item at a faster class of post for a similar cost to that paid, we may opt to do so. We also reserve the right to use a 'proof of delivery' class of service where the value or rarity value of the order is deemed by TD Games to warrant it.
Royal Mail 1st Class PostRoyal Mail 1st Class Post
Once an item has been shipped by TD Games using 1st Class post it's delivery becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail. Postage by 1st Class Mail, Standard Parcels or AirMail is not a guaranteed service. Unfortunately, sometimes items can go astray. If you think your post is either late or has been lost, then we want to hear from you. However before you do you may want to check the Royal Mail's web site for information about Lost or Late Post.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail within 1 or 2 days of posting. However, if you still haven’t received your item after 15 days (from the date of posting) please contact us.

We cannot track your item unless you choose to use Royal Mail's RECORDED 1st Class or SPECIAL DELIVERY. However, if you think your item is lost, then please do contact us on 01253 473909 and we will do our best to provide as much detail as we can and raise a lost post claim.
Royal Mail Recorded 1st ClassRoyal Mail Recorded 1st Class
This is a standard postal service with signature and barcode scanning on delivery. This should be used when you want to be able to track your order and have proof of delivery.

If you think your item is either late or lost, then we want to hear from you. We will be able to provide you with your 13 digit reference number. You can use this to track and trace your parcel. You can trace your item from 2pm two working days after posting 1st class mail.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Working Day after ShipmentRoyal Mail Special Delivery - Next Working Day after Shipment
This is a guaranteed postal service with signature and barcode scanning on delivery and covers loss up to £500. This should be used when you want to be able to track your order and have proof of delivery. Once packed and ready for shipping, items sent by this method will be delivered the next working day by 1pm for 99% of UK addresses. Some areas may take up to 3 working days, e.g remote parts of Scotland and the Channel Islands.
