26/05/2009 - TELEPHONE ORDERS *SERVICE*

Please note: From 26th May 2009 we will be not be able to take Telephone Orders for cards during normal business hours, due to staff cut backs during the current economic climate.

We apologise to our customers for this reduction in this service and will review the situation in the future. A LIMITED service is available during weekday evenings from 8pm to 9pm and at weekends on Saturday from 10am to 12 noon and Sunday from 5pm to 7pm.

The telephone line will be covered by an answer service when a telephone operator is not available.

Please note: From 27th April 2009 we will be able to take Telephone Orders for cards again, where orders cannot be made online via the web site.

We apologise to our customers for this reduction in this service during 2008 and the begining of 2009, and are pleased we are now able to offer this service again.

17/04/2009 - POST COLLECTION CHANGES *SERVICE*

Please note: Due to cut-backs during the current economic climate, from 20th April 2009 our Royal Mail daily post collection will be suspended as it is no longer cost effective. Post will still be shipped via Royal Mail on a regular basis as required.

Our Courier Services are unchanged and will continue to be shipped via Business Post.
