Telephone Orders

Telephone Orders
We can also accept orders via telephone for all of the Trading Card products listed on the web site,
and in some instances even reserve items not yet released or published (Pre-Orders),
or reserve items currently Out Of Stock that are due for re-stock (Back Orders).

TELEPHONE ORDERS & HELPLINE HOURS
Our telephone orderering service is currently available during the following times:

TUESDAY: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
THURSDAY: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
SATURDAY: 10am - 1pm

Outside these hours the phone line will normally be covered by an Answer Phone service.
If you wish you may leave your contact details and an Evening contact number. We will usually call you back within 48-72 hours.

When ordering by Telephone you can choose to pay by either Credit/Debit Card, or UK Pounds Sterling Cheque/Postal Order.
For Credit/Debit Card orders, the payment will usually be processed directly via HSBC or Protx, NO card details are stored or held by TD Games.
The goods will be packed and dispatched within our normal timescales.
For Cheque/Postal Orders, the order will be held on the system for 7 days pending payment. If no payment is received in this time, the order will be cancelled.
The goods will ONLY be dispatched once the payment has been received and cleared.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept telephone orders from customers aged 16 and above.
If our telephone operator judges a customer to be younger than 16, they will ask to speak to an adult BEFORE
proceeding any further with the call.
